TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the BlondeBet website, mobile application and related services (the "Platform") and your account with us. By opening an account or placing a bet with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our Platform. Continued use of your account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of Australia and legally permitted to participate in wagering in your jurisdiction to open an account with us. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register.
We may, at our absolute discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account at any time without providing reasons. Where required by law, we will give appropriate notice and return any verified balance to you.
2. Your account
You may only hold one account with us. Multiple accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and current information when opening your account and keep this information up to date. We may verify your identity, age and source of funds at any time and may suspend or restrict your account until verification is complete.
Notify us immediately at support@blondebet.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed on our Platform. We do not accept deposits made using credit cards or any form of borrowed funds. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply.
Withdrawals will be paid to a verified account in your name. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if we are required to verify your identity, investigate suspicious activity, or comply with our legal obligations. Funds in your account do not earn interest.
You may set deposit limits at any time under My Account. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
4. Placing a bet
A bet is only accepted once it appears in your bet history with a unique transaction reference. We may, at our discretion, refuse all or part of any bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted, except in accordance with these Terms or applicable racing or sports rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that the details of every bet you place are correct before confirming. We accept no liability for bets placed in error.
Where a price has been displayed in error (a "palpable error"), we reserve the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price. Bets placed after the official start of an event will be void.
5. Settlement of bets
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant controlling body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not take place, bets will be void unless otherwise specified in our market rules.
Where applicable, Best Tote, Starting Price (SP), Tote Plus and other product offerings will be settled in accordance with the rules published on our Platform at the time the bet was placed.
6. Promotions and bonuses
Promotions, bonuses and offers are subject to specific terms published with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per customer, household, IP address or payment method. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.
In line with national advertising rules, sign-up bonuses, free bets and other inducements to open an account are not offered to Australian residents.
7. Inactive accounts
An account that has had no betting or banking activity for 13 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. We will attempt to contact you and, if no response is received, the account balance may be dealt with in accordance with applicable unclaimed money laws.
8. Privacy
We collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
9. Responsible Gambling

10. Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not:
(a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (c) use any automated system, bot or script to place bets; (d) collude with other customers or attempt to manipulate any market; or (e) provide false or misleading information to us at any time.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any related winnings.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
12. Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@blondebet.com.au or on (02) 9025 1487. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work with you to resolve it within 28 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to Liquor & Gaming NSW or to Racing NSW, whichever is the relevant regulator for the matter in question.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and BlondeBet submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
