My Account Face ID

To enable Face ID for betting apps on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Step 1: Ensure Face ID is Set Up - Before using Face ID with apps, make sure Face ID is already set up on your iPhone.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap Face ID & Passcode. Enter your Passcode when prompted. If Face ID isn't set up yet, tap Set Up Face ID and follow the instructions to register your face.

Step 2: Enable Face ID for Apps. - To allow apps to use Face ID for authentication, follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap Face ID & Passcode. Enter your Passcode when prompted. Under the "Use Face ID For" section, make sure that the toggle next to iPhone Unlock, Apple Pay, and App Store is turned on.

These enable Face ID to work for unlocking the phone and purchasing apps.

How do I Verify my ID?

The ID verification process when you sign up is automatic and run through a third party, Green ID. If you get stuck or something goes wrong, we can verify your ID manually through the Live Chat. We just need a copy (image) of at least 2 forms of ID, including your Driverโ€™s License, Passport, Medicare Card, for example.

How do I Verify my Card?

This process should happen automatically when you deposit via debit card. If you get stuck or something goes wrong, we can verify your card in the Live Chat. All we need is an image of your card with the last 4 digits, your name and the expiry showing. As long as the details match your account, we should be able to verify that for you.

Forgotten Username or Password

In the Log In screen, select the option โ€˜Forgot Passwordโ€™ and enter your email address when prompted to. The link the reset your password will be emailed to you.

Do you have a Bet Buzz App for Iphone/Andriod?

If you havenโ€™t already, download our app and leave us a review in the Google Store or Apple Store.

Can I open an account on behalf of someone else?

No. You must only ever operate an account that is in your name and registered to you.

Go to the โ€˜My Accountโ€™ section on the website or in the App and navigate to the โ€˜Responsible Gamblingโ€™ tab. There you will see options to take a short break, take a longer break, links to go onto the BetStop register, permanently self-exclude from the site and deactivate your account. Alternatively, you can email us or jump into Live Chat to have our team deactivate your account for you. You can also call 0879137128 to close your account.

Withdrawals

How long does it take to Withdraw from my Bet Buzz account?

We process withdrawals at 11am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays) and 11am on Saturdays. The funds leave our account immediately and should appear in your account instantly, although withdrawals can take anywhere from a few hours to 2 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.

How do I withdraw funds?
